Azure Infrastructure Engineer
Location: Co. Kerry, Ireland (Hybrid)

An established international financial services and technology company is looking for an Azure Infrastructure Engineer to help build, run and monitor its cloud platform. You'll be hands-on across Azure infrastructure, Infrastructure-as-Code and observability, and will help set the standard for monitoring and alerting across the business.

What you'll do

• Design, build and manage cloud infrastructure in Azure
• Deploy and manage infrastructure using Terraform
• Build and maintain Grafana dashboards and Prometheus monitoring and alerting
• Monitor availability, performance and capacity against service objectives
• Take part in incident response, root cause analysis and an on-call rotation
• Drive automation and continuous improvement across the platform

What you'll bring

• 3–5+ years in Infrastructure or Cloud Engineering
• Strong hands-on Azure experience (Azure Administrator certification preferred)
• Solid Terraform / Infrastructure-as-Code experience
• Strong Grafana and Prometheus experience, including dashboards, PromQL and alerting
• Scripting in Python, Bash or similar
• Production incident management experience
• Jira, JSM and Confluence experience

Nice to have

• GCP experience
• Exposure to cloud cost optimisation or FinOps
• Kubernetes and SRE principles (SLIs/SLOs)
• Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
